What data and why: When you book an intro call or email me, I process your name, email and any information you choose to share (for example, a description of your situation). I use it only to reply to you and to arrange and conduct the consultation. The legal basis is steps taken before and during our cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who I share it with: Bookings and email run on Google Workspace. Google may process data outside the EU, with safeguards under EU rules. I don't share your data with anyone else or use it for marketing.

How long: If we don't end up working together, I delete your data within 12 months at the latest. If we do, I keep it for the duration of our cooperation, and billing data for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights: You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, or object to its processing, by emailing blanka@blankasoulava.cz. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
